We’re officially turning 4!

And, we’re here 4 you, to give you all the info you need to know to settle any unanswered questions.

When does the Birthday Sale start?

Tuesday 24th March at 7PM GMT.

When does the Birthsay Sale end?

Tuesday 31st March at midnight GMT.

(**the sale will now be ending on Sunday 29th March at midnight GMT due to unprecedented demand. We appreciate your understanding.)

So that’s one whole week of discounted Lounge goodness!

What are the discounts likely to be?

We’ll be offering a huge upto 70% off to celebrate turning 4!

Will the discounts change during the sale?

We don't recommend hanging around. All discounts will be the same across the whole of the sale period.

So if you have your eye on something, we recommend getting your hands on it fast. Some items have limited stock available and trust us when we say, our Female Family just love a Lounge Sale… so Family Faves move fast!

How quickly can i expect my order to be shipped?

We’re confident we’re well equipped to dispatch your order within a good time, although like any busy sale period, delays may be expected in some cases.

We will keep you up to date via email if any delays have been incurred and would appreciate your patience whilst we work hard to process your order as quickly as humanly possible.

Can i return something i buy in the Birthday Sale?

Yes, our Returns Policy will not change during the Sale.

You can still return items that are brought within this time frame, but please note that you will be refunded the same value that you paid in the sale.

Outlet items are always exchange only.

All you need to do is head here to process your returns or exchange needs in our quick and easy portal.

Can I have my order gift wrapped during the sale?

We’re so sorry, we love our gift wrap too, but unfortunately not.

During the Birthday Sale period we experience a huge spike in orders coming through the website. In order to ensure we can get all of our customers orders on the way as quickly as possible, we turn the gift wrap service off during this period.
We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope you can understand.

I have just purchased and didn't realise there was a sale coming up. Can you apply the discount to it please?

If you placed an order prior to the Birthday Sale, we will not be able to process partial refunds. Our discounted prices are only applicable for orders placed within the sale time period.

Why can’t i use a discount code?

During our sales, please note that discount codes will not be valid. You can use your code once the sale has ended.

Why have you taken my payment but not sent me an order confirmation?

We are sorry this has happened and caused you confusion around your purchase.

We would advise that you firstly check your junk or spam box, just in case your order confirmation has landed there. If you can’t see anything, please drop us a note with your full name and email address used to place your order so we can take a look into this for you and settle any nerves right away.


I think i entered my email address incorrectly, and now I’m not receiving updates?

We get it, when you’re in a hurry, your fingers type faster than you ever thought possible, and mistakes happen.

Use the email address provided above to pop us an email with your full name and shipping/billing address so we can take a look at what happened and get it fixed up for you.

I made a mistake, can i cancel or amend my order?

We’re so sorry, but we can’t cancel or amend the order once it has been placed during our Birthday Sale.

We ask that you please triple check all the details of your order before you complete it, as if there are any incorrect details this may cause some complications that can’t be fixed until you receive your parcel and send it back to us.

What does PAO mean, your Customer Experience Team emailed me and i don't understand?

If you have received an email with the subject line saying PAO at the beginning, we recommend reading this promptly and liaising with our team accordingly.

We hope this doesn't happen and have gone to every length to ensure we avoid any oversold items, but if any errors do occur, our team will be in touch regarding a POA, or ‘partially allocated order’ - whereby they may offer you an alternative size, style or colour.

I’ve received my parcel, but i’m missing some of my order?

We’re so sorry this has happened - there may have been some small errors during the rush.

We would recommend patiently waiting a further 3-4 days, just in case we shipped the missing item(s) in another parcel for you. We appreciate this isn't ideal, but we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

If the wait brings no avail - please do pop us an email so we can look into this right away for you.
